HOW IT WORKS...

  • Transactions are processed through a toll free call. Any touch tone telephone can be used.
  • After processing the order over the phone you then need to fill out a charge slip for each order and send it in via fax or regular mail. If your customer is with you at the purchase simply have them sing in the "customer signature" field. If you it is a mail order, internet order, phone order, or other type of order in which the customer is not present to sign you simply indicate in the "customer signature" field - "mail order" or "fax order" or "phone order" etc.
  • Funds from each credit card transaction are transferred directly into the merchant checking account within 5 business days of receipt of the charge slip.
